ASPHALT modified rules

Chassis - 

JK2600 Brass Modified Chassis, PARMA FCR 4" Chassis Cut Down, Reality Modified Chassis, or R-GEO Modified Chassis. (All Modified Chassis must be approved by Race Director)

May solder, glue or use motor screws to mount motor to chassis.

May solder or glue bushings to chassis.

Must Have .047 clearance at all points of the chassis including the spur gear.

Any Guide Flag may be used.

Width - 

Car Must Not exceed 83 mm (3.268") at any point on the car.

Bars - 

1/16" brass or mild steel (rod or tubing) only.

Max Width is 83 mm (3.268") Min width 3.1"

Must have full side bars.

Rear Bumper 1/8"-3/16" square brass channel or min 5/16" rectangular.

Motor -

Approved JK Hawk 25 Only. Motor Must remain box stock.

Any lead wire may be used.

Axle - 

Must be 1/8" solid.

Oilite bushings only.

JK2600 Brass Modified Chassis oilites may be moved up or down to accommodate minimum tire diameter with a .047 chassis clearance.

Gear -

48 pitch 9 tooth pinion straight or angled. Any Crown.

Tires -

May coat front tires (clear nail polish).

Pro-Track Daytona Stockers only.

Front .800 x .800 min 

Rear .800 x .800 min 

(complete chassis .047 clearance required)

1/8" offset max front and rear.

Independent fronts allowed.

Body - 

Reality Raceway or NY Modified only.

Weight - 

Min Weight is 145 grams.

Must be inside the chassis.
